Carolina Tiger Rescue, formerly the Carnivore Preservation Trust, is a 501(c)3 nonprofit wildlife sanctuary whose mission is saving and protecting wild cats in captivity and in the wild.

Carolina Tiger Rescue is open to the public for guided tours, by reservation only.

Bhopal photo exhibition on tiger conservation

A photo exhibition in Bhopal, India seeks to bring attention to the carelessness of the state government to preserve tigers, specifically catalyzed by the death of Jhurjhura tigress, killed on May 18th. The cause of her death has not been released, but she left her three cubs behind. Forest officials vowed to take care of the cubs, but 10 days ago, one of the cubs died, and no reason for his death has been released.
